30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be happy with your Grillzap. If you're not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
How It Works
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. Include your order number and reason for the return.
- Ship the product back to us. The item must be returned to our facility before a refund can be issued. Please make sure it's in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging where possible.
- Refund processed. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we'll cover the cost or send a replacement.
Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be sent back to us — refunds cannot be issued without the item being returned.
- Items showing damage from misuse are not eligible for refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Grillzap arrives damaged or isn't working properly, contact us right away with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund without requiring you to cover return shipping.
